We understand that plans change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for each service type. If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp at +971 54 234 8910 or email support@chosefly.com.

Note: Some activities (Burj Khalifa, Skydive, helicopter tours) are processed with third-party suppliers and may have stricter cancellation terms. These are noted on the individual activity booking page.

If an activity or service is cancelled by the operator or supplier (weather, technical fault, government restriction), you will receive a 100% refund or free rebooking — your choice. We will notify you immediately and offer alternatives.
ChoseFly is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, political unrest, or government-issued travel advisories. In such cases, we will do our best to offer rescheduling or credit notes.
Please include your booking reference or the name and date of the activity when contacting us. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by our team to be valid.
