These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, enquiries, and service agreements between you ("the Customer") and ChoseFly Tourism LLC, a licensed UAE travel agency ("ChoseFly"). By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a written confirmation from ChoseFly via email or WhatsApp.
- Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are valid at the time of enquiry. Prices may change due to supplier rate adjustments; you will always be notified before payment is collected.
- E-vouchers and confirmation documents are sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please check your spam/junk folder.
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify all booking details (dates, names, activity type) immediately upon receipt of the confirmation.
2. Payments
- Payment may be made via Stripe (credit/debit card), bank transfer, or cash in person at our office.
- For group bookings above AED 2,000, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the balance due 48 hours before the activity.
- ChoseFly does not store card details. Card payments are processed via Stripe's PCI-compliant platform.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:
- Once an e-voucher is issued, the booking is non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled by the operator.
- Date changes may be requested at least 48 hours before the activity, subject to availability and a AED 50 amendment fee.
- ChoseFly is not liable for cancellations caused by weather, force majeure, or third-party supplier decisions.
4. Visa Services
- ChoseFly acts as an agent in submitting visa applications. Approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authority.
- Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome.
- ChoseFly is not liable for visa rejections, processing delays, or travel disruptions resulting from visa decisions.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation. Any misrepresentation may result in rejection and will void any claim against ChoseFly.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You must meet all health, age, and physical requirements specified by the activity provider.
- You must arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may be refused without refund at the operator's discretion.
- You are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance covering your activities, including adventure sports if applicable.
- Behaviour that endangers yourself or others during an activity may result in removal from the experience without refund.
6. Liability
ChoseFly acts as a booking agent. The actual provision of activities, transport, and visa processing is carried out by third-party suppliers. ChoseFly's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or consequential loss during activities provided by third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
