- Passport & visa data: When you apply for visa services, we collect passport scans, photos, and supporting documents required for the application process.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent — collected automatically via server logs. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
- Payment data: We do not store card details on our servers. Payments processed via Stripe are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process bookings and send e-vouchers or confirmation documents
- To submit visa applications to the relevant UAE or international authorities
- To communicate about your booking via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- To send relevant travel offers (you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message)
- To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage data
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:
- Activity and experience providers — to confirm your booking (name, date, number of guests only)
- UAE immigration authorities — passport and supporting documents when processing visa applications, as required by law
- Stripe — for payment processing (card data handled exclusively by Stripe)
- Hostinger — our web hosting provider, based in the EU, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements
4. Data Retention
Booking and enquiry records are retained for 5 years for accounting and compliance purposes, then securely deleted. Visa application documents are deleted within 90 days of the application outcome. You may request early deletion of your data at any time (see section 6).
5. Cookies
Our website uses only essential functional cookies (e.g., session management, cart storage). We do not use advertising cookies or share data with advertising networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site.
